Over time, these parts fail, (timers, switches, mother boards, etc) rendering the ozone generator useless even though the ozone producing part of the machine (the transformer and plate) might be fine! Secondly, these bare bones ozone generators of ours (3500 and 7000 mg/h models available) are easy to clean and maintain. They come fully assembled and ready to go, just place a fan behind the unit to move the ozone around and to cool the transformer and you're in business! We transport these units to the job site in a tool box, without plates (plug them in at job site). They're made of 3/4" solid oak, stainless steel fittings, and ozone proof feet. The open design allows the unit to stay cool (more ozone, heat destroys ozone) and facilitates cleanup after the job. Since shock treatments are ALWAYS performed in unoccupied areas, not having a case is a benefit, not a detriment. Another benefit of this unit's design, if one of the transformers fails, no big deal, you still have another one to at least produce 3500 milligrams per hour of ozone! Simply send the dead transformer back to Foreverozone for a free replacement. (lifetime warranty on transformers). This unit features 2 of the new moisture resistant high voltage ceramic ozone plates which last much longer than the older white lined plates with a green back that most other ozone generator vendors sell.
